How To Update Login To Email Address

Tyler Identity has been turned on and need to update Time & Attendance to be Email Address instead of Employee Number

In order to have your login update to email address:

1. Login with admin rights

2. Navigate to System Configuration 

3. Select Admin

4. Scroll down and select Employee Mapping Table

5. Scroll down and locate Login ID 

6. Type in (case sensitive) primaryEmail or alternateEmail depending on where you want to pull the email address from inside EERP into Payroll System Field name

7. Select the drop-down on Update and select Yes

8. Scroll down and click Save

9. Navigate to System Configuration → Tyler Integration

10. Click the magnifying glass for Job 5 Employee Integration

11. Open the file and verity that you can see the email address in the login column field

12. Once confirmed click the square & arrow icon to manually kick off the Employee Integration to update login ID  Payroll System Field name
