File rejected due to layout changes that became effective Quarter 1 2021 for ME ICESA Report

Update to the latest service pack and then install the following work tickets:

• 2020.3.0.0A – MUN-407682

Workaround:  Manually update the T Record line for positions 175-185, 276-279, and 280-290

Install the following: expected release 4/6/2021

Summary of layout changes:

• Start Position 175 updated to be the sum of UC, CSSF, and UPAF assessment amounts
• Start Position 276 added for UPAF rate field, length of 4, numeric
• Start Position 280 added for UPAF Assessment Amount field, length of 11, numeric
• A,E, S and F Records will extend to position 290
