- When employees are viewing Open Enrollment in ESS, how are the subsections prioritized?

- Subsections are prioritized based on the Display Priority attached to choices within subsections
Additional Information
- If there are three subsections within one enrollment section and each subsection has four choices, the choices should be set to display priority 1, 2, 3, and 4 for the first subsection. The second subsection will be 5, 6, 7, and 8 etc.
