Issue entering project string in Employee Job Salary

Project String Update in Employee Job Salary Records - Segment 4 not working

Unable to key in a 10 digit seg 4 project.  

Development team has written up a work ticket for this under MUN-401974.

When manually enter project string, and last segment exceeds 8 characters/digits, Munis produces "error in field" message. After entering the last segment and tabbing to the next field, select the entire project string from the browse option.  Munis drops the characters that exceed the 8^th from the display, but will allow user to save the record and the remaining two digits and characters will be stored.
