Description of Issue
- An outstanding (uncleared) Payroll Check is not pulling into the bank record in Bank Reconciliation.
- The Payroll check exists in Payroll Check Reconciliation.
- This bank's Cash Account is included within this check.
Context
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll Check Reconciliation
Cause
- The Payroll Check Reconciliation field is NULL, but it should just be blank.
- This can occur when the check is re-printed.
Resolution
- Please contact Munis General Ledger Support to assist with correcting this Payroll Check in order to pull it into Bank Reconciliation.
- It is likely that Support will need to run a script to resolve this.
