Description of Issue
  • An outstanding (uncleared) Payroll Check is not pulling into the bank record in Bank Reconciliation.
  • The Payroll check exists in Payroll Check Reconciliation.
  • This bank's Cash Account is included within this check.
Context
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Payroll Check Reconciliation
Cause
  • The Payroll Check Reconciliation field is NULL, but it should just be blank.
  • This can occur when the check is re-printed.
Resolution
  • Please contact Munis General Ledger Support to assist with correcting this Payroll Check in order to pull it into Bank Reconciliation.
  • It is likely that Support will need to run a script to resolve this.
