Receiving message Unable to collect Control file data. 100 error when opening either the KY Employee Benefits program or the KY Federal Reimbursement program.

MUN-403944

Resolution

Install MUN-403944 once it has been released.

Work Around: The error is informational and there are no negative implications.  Select Ok to move beyond the message and continue processing as you normally would.
