Is there a field missing on the MA tax tables for head of household?

The M-4 form on step 5. A. there is a box for, Check if you will file as head of household on your tax return. Due to the legal nature of tax setup, support cannot give instruction on exactly what to enter on Tax Tables. However, creating a third MA Tax Table for a status of,  H-Head of Household, and determining what the amounts should be defined as for the exceptions fields is something to look into.
