Warning message when manually updating an asset in the Adjustment and Retirements program

Warning!
Key asset fields that control asset value, depreciation, and/or end of life value have changed. Normal procedure is to update these fields using an Improvement, Adjustment or the Transfer functionality.
It is highly recommended to use those functions to ensure the changes will be reflected accurately in the GL, audit tables, and when depreciating.
