Employee update failed

• I can't run my employee update, or reverse my employee update. There is a red circle with a line through it on the payroll start and status.

• We went to reverse the Employee Update of a completed payroll and got a prempupd fatal error and now there is a red circle with a line through it at the Employee Update step
