Output-Post button missing in Project Journal Entry/Proof program

Description of Issue

The Output-Post button is not available to use in the Project Journal Entry/Proof program.

User Attributes

Roles

Cause

The user does not have the Project Accounting Roles permission 'Post actual adjustments'.

Resolution

To grant the user this permission in order to Output-Post Project Journal Entries, please follow the process below:

System Administration>Security>User Attributes

  1. Click Search
  2. Enter the User's ID
  3. Click Accept
  4. Highlight the Role that you would like to edit
  5. Click Edit Role
  6. Click Project Accounting
  7. Click Update
  8. Turn on the Post actual adjustments permission
  9. Click Accept
Additional Information

Please note: editing a Role will update the permissions for all users which the Role is applied to.
