Description of Issue
  • Unable to select a file for BAI import; missing the magnifying glass to choose file.
  • BAI Import: Warning: Import path does not currently exist.

Cause

The setting,  Move BAI File on Import  is meant for sites that archive their import files. If this setting is on, the user must know the directory path for the import and the archive directories.

Resolution

Need to remove the checkbox for  Move BAI File on Import  in Bank Reconciliation Settings.

Contact Munis General Ledger Support so technician can make the necessary changes.
