Employee not generating into payroll - Cycles



Description of Issue

An employee is not generating into some payrolls.

Resolution
  1. Go To Employee Job/Salary. (Human Resources/Payroll>Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Job/Salary)
  2. Click Search. Define Employee. Click Accept.
  3. Navigate to the employee's base pay record. Click on the Cycles/Other Tab.
  4. Confirm the correct cycles are checked in the Pay Cycles box.
Cause

Employee's base pay was only checked for cycle 1 so on the second semi-monthly payroll (cycle 2), the employee was not generating into the payroll.
