How to run the Requisition Status Utility - RQSTATTL

• What is the Requisition Status utility and how is it used?
• This program is no longer available for use.
• Please contact MUNIS Financials Support for assistance with incorrect requisition status issues.

Munis

• Requisition Status updated incorrectly as transaction moved though process between status 0-8
• Utility has been disabled for client sites but not yet hidden or removed from default Munis main menu master file.

• Contact Munis Financials Purchasing Support or log an Online Support Client Portal and categorize as Purchasing and Requisitions
  • Support will most likely need to run an SQL script from server to correct the issues.

• Please provide Purchasing Support with the following information
  1. Example Requisition Number(s)
     1. Confirm if created in Requisition Entry or Requisitions program
     2. One or multiple examples?
     3. Can any pattern be determined (clerk, order of operations or method used for data entry)
     4. Was code updated in any way recently?
