Description of Issue
Trying to close batch and receive an error message:
An orphaned credit card transaction exists for card ************xxxx. See processing log ID xxx.

Resolution
Contact support with the Processing Log ID #
Cause
Cashiering connection to credit card processor crashes during the transaction.
Note: Typically the customers credit card gets charged, but Cashiering doesn't create the transaction. Verify card has been charged and then reenter transaction in Cashiering batch without using Real-Time Authorization.
