Project Codes Not Integrating in ExecuTime
Description of Issue
- Project codes are not integrating into ExecuTime.
- PL codes are in Munis.
- Preview on the integration is blank.
- Cannot see Project Ledger (PL) accounts from time sheet entry.

Cause
- Incorrect configuration of Location Codes and/or Security within Munis.
- The Project Ledger integration is a real-time integration that does not require anything to be run on System Admin > UI Environment Flags > Tyler Integration.
Resolution
The Project Ledger integration is a real-time integration meaning there is not a specific job that must be run for the accounts to display.
- Verify the user defined in ExecuTime > System Admin > UI Environment Flags > Tyler Connectivity > Genero Web Service URL (user authentication) has permissions within Munis > System Administration > Security > Roles > Project Accounting to access the necessary Project Ledger information.
- Verify within Munis > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Location Codes that the Project Code Sets are defined and assigned to each location as needed.
- Verify the employee's JCD Policy (ExecuTime > System Admin > Policy and Rules Engine > JCD Policy) allows access to PL Account/GL Account field.
- Note: These fields are those that are seen in the ExecuTime > System Admin > UI Environment Flags > Tyler Connectivity section and should not be those in the UI Environment Flags (these pull from different fields)
- If still not able to see Project Ledger accounts, contact Support or your implementation staff.
