Work Orders: Add numeric range capability

Description of Issue

Work order numbers are sorting by first number and not numerically

Context

Cause

By design, fields that can contain both letters and numbers will sort alphanumerically

Resolution

There is currently no functionality to sort work order numbers numerically
Functionality to sort work orders numerically will be added as an enhancement to a future version under MUN-273961 only if all work order numbers in the system are strictly numeric
