How to include more Prudential loan deductions in Deductions Report

Description of Issue

Prudential is now allowing two 401k loans per employee due to COVID, how can I get both of the loans in my deduction report to send to them?

Cause

On the Deduction Report screen, after selecting "Prudential" the "Loan Deduction" field was defined with a range that did not include both 401k deduction codes.

Resolution
  1. Go to Payroll Start and Status (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status)
  2. Search for the warrant. Click Accept. Click Change in the toolbar. Click Deduction Report.
  3. Click Prudential. Define the correct deduction code range in the Loan Deduction fields. Click Accept
