Description of Issue
  • CAFR Import stopped due to to a status error message indicating process Failed to complete
    • Stuck
    • Hung
    • Processing never completes
Context

CAFR

Cause

There was a problem with the import process the status should indicate the exact error

Resolution
  1. Open CAFR Statement Builder Dashboard
  2. Select Import Balances
  3. History
  4. Search for problem example import that is stuck in 'Processing'
  5. Drop down arrow  to the right of the import in question
  6. Remove to cancel this import
  7. CAFR Import Munis Data
