Description of Issue

Posting a reversal to the prior hear did not update the memo balance

Context

Journal Reversal

Munis Version 2020.1 and higher

Cause

Posting a reversal journal to last year period 13 is not updating the accounts memo balance for the prior year

Resolution
  • Work ticket MUN-396085 is open with development to address the issue
  • As a work around The General Ledger Memo Balance will need to be run
    • For Munis versions 2020.2 and up Please contact Munis General Ledger Support to process the utility
