Time Entry Import Errors - Error fetching Absent Employee GL Info - Time Entry-Substitute Pay GL Account set to X-From Teacher and Substitute Pay

Description of Issue

When processing a Time Entry Import for regular employees and Sub Only records, I am getting hundreds of errors regarding GL. It appears the GL accounts do import, but I have to click through all those errors for it to finish.
