Employee Unable To View Employee Emergency Contacts Folder

Description of Issue

Employee has correct permissions, but cannot access the Emergency Contacts folder in Employee Master.

Cause

Menu Access for Employee Emergency Contacts is not flagged.

Resolution

1. Navigate to Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Security > User Attributes

2. Search on the User ID of the impacted employee

3. Select the Role intended to grant access to Employee Emergency Contacts, and then click Edit Role

4. Click the Menu Security tab

5. In the bottom section of the screen marked Munis Main Menu double-click Human Capital Management>Human Resources>Employee Job/Pay Classification

6. Click Edit just above this section

7. Click the checkbox for Employee Emergency Contacts

8. Click accept in the top bar
