RCM failed to start check port configuration
When processing credit card payments in Cashiering, An error occurred adding a tender, another transaction is already in process.
There are no errors in the Hardware console. RCM has a red indicator in the system tray and states RCM failed to start. Check port configuration

RCM services are not running
Restart RCM services
Right click RCM in the system tray
Click Exit
Launch RCM from the Windows Start menu
Restart PC after RCM is restarted
If port configuration error persists, please contact OpenEdge support for assistance.
An error occurred adding a tender, another transaction is already in process can allow occur if the cashier clicks Complete again in Cashiering while the credit card reader is already actively processing the payment.
