Duplicate e-mails received for WSE CRB event notification



Description of Issue
  • WSE/CRB event notification is generating two e-mails to the user

  • One notification has correct info, and the other has an incorrect service request number and subject of service/asset

Resolution

Resolved with tickets listed in Event notifications with a specific activity are being triggered for work orders with different activities
