Duplicate e-mails received for WSE CRB event notification
Description of Issue
WSE/CRB event notification is generating two e-mails to the user
One notification has correct info, and the other has an incorrect service request number and subject of service/asset

Resolved with tickets listed in Event notifications with a specific activity are being triggered for work orders with different activities
