Enterprise Forms Personnel Action template only displays New Hire

 Forms Personnel Action templates display New Hire although not applicable for all actions.

In Personnel Actions ReadyForms how do you separate New Hire from the Change Form?

• Enterprise ERP Forms
• Templates
• Personnel Actions
• New Hire
• Change Form

Only one Template created.

1. In Enterprise ERP click on the TylerMenu located on the top left of the screen, right-below the home button.
   1. ReadyForms can also be launched by using the ReadyForms URL provided on the site report. I t can also be found in TylerDeploy
2. Click on Forms > Enterprise Forms Administration, that will launch the Template application
3. Click Payroll on left navigation panel
4. Click Personnel Action
5. On the right side of the screen, place the mouse over the Template then click on Duplicate
   1. Template with Output Type set to PDF is normally used with Email, Archive, Save and Download Steps
   2. Template with Output Type set to PCL is normally used with Print Step
6. Type a new name then click Copy
   1. Click on FORM DESIGN tab
   2. Click on Action to expand the options
   3. Change the Form Title to appropriate name. 
7. When complete, click the Save button in the bottom right-hand corner of the template window
8. How to preview the data file with a Enterprise Forms Template

There should be 2 PAF Templates:

• one with Form Tile - New Hire
• and another with Form Title - Change Form
