 Forms Personnel Action templates display New Hire although not applicable for all actions, what is the issue?

Cause
ReadyForms advanced options set to split into multiple files.
Resolution
- Navigate to ReadyForms via Tyler Menu.
- Click Payroll on left navigation panel - then click Personnel Action.
- Configuration Options - Advanced Output.
- Select Split into multiple files.
Additional Information
The single file option is only for very specific uses and should not be used as a general rule.
