Description of Issue
The Email Override Configuration option appears in a Production environment
Error message "failed to get this message to your SMTP server for delivery" in Production environment

Tyler Deploy
Cause
Munis ERP Production was deployed in Tyler Deploy incorrectly.
Resolution
Munis ERP Production must be deployed with the Production Environment checkbox checked.
Navigate to Tyler Deploy → Product Configuration → Munis ERP → Munis ERP and check Show Advanced
Under the main heading, scroll to Production Environment and check the box
Redeploy Munis ERP for the changes to take effect
Verify that the Email Override Configuration option is no longer available
