Municipal Lien Certificate Includes Balances for Future Quarters

Description of Issue

Municipal Lien Certificates (MLCs) are including amounts due on bills for future quarters or installments when only what is currently due is desired.

Cause

The checkbox for Current due is being utilized on the define. 

Resolution

Re-run the MLC and make sure that the Current due box is checked to only include amounts that are currently due for the parcel.
