Description of Issue

Client is looking to split their General Ledger fiscal year into two-- they want their fiscal year in Munis to change to be the length of six months, from January 1 - June 30 and from July 1 - December 31.

MUNIS functionality requires a 12 month year, however, it is possible to alter some information in MUNIS to meet what is needed.
