Resolution
  1. Log into Munis

    1. Navigate to: System Administration → Printer/Device Administration → Printer Definitions

    2. Find the desired printer

    3. Edit the print / forms command by changing ls.ntp to dpls_ls.ntp

      1. Before: D:\cmd\pdefs\tp.cmd 01 xxxxnxxxx ls.ntp

      2. After: D:\cmd\pdefs\tp.cmd 01 xxxxnxxxx dpls_ls.ntp

    4. Output a test print

Additional Information
  • If dpls_ls.ntp does not work correctly try using dpss_ls.ntp instead

    • dpls_ls.ntp means it will print duplex mode starting on the long side of the second page

    • dpss_ls.ntp means it will print in duplex mode starting on the short side of the second page

      • WARNING: the second page maybe upside down
