Hours Entered Through Timesheet Are Not Displaying

Description of Issue

When adding time to Timesheet Entry, saving the Timesheet will reload the page but the hours entered are missing from the timesheet.

Cause

The pay code being used to save the Timesheet is marked as Show on Hours Request which will place the hours in a pending status for the Supervisor to approve before it can display on the Timesheet.

Resolution

The following steps below will allow the hours to be shown on the Timesheet without Supervisor approval:

  1. Navigate to System Admin
  2. Master File Management
  3. Click on the pencil icon for the pay code in question
  4. Scroll down to Additional Settings > Uncheck the box for Show on Hours Request
  5. Scroll down and click Save
