Cancelled PO line items have incorrect unit price, extended price, and item number

• When line items are cancelled on a PO, the unit price, extended price, and item number change

• Line items have a 1 added to the beginning and a 0 added to the end (e.g '3' becomes '130')

• Unit price and extended price showing as $10.00, rather than $0.00

• Due to changed prices, total does not match what shows under GL summary
