Context
When a user attempts to update a Service Based on Other type service, they receive a message saying Found no active based on other services with that service code and sequence combination.

Cause
The Start date for the Service Based on Other type service is prior to the Start date of the Meter Table type service that it is based on.
Resolution
Review the Start dates for the relevant services in the Utilities program
The Start date for the Service Based on Other type service is required to be the same or after the Start date of the service that it is based on
Select Update in the Services program for the Service Based on Other type service
Correct the Start Date so that the date matches the Meter Table type service that it is based on select Accept
