Error Deleting Payment Plans This option is not available 

When trying to delete a Payment Plan the message This option is not available appears at the bottom of the screen.

• Enterprise ERP

• Utility Billing

• Payment Plans

This occurs if you navigate to the Payment Plan via any process other than directly in Payment Plans

Payment Plans can only be deleted from the Payment Plans program using the steps below

1. Tyler Menu

2. General Revenues or Property Revenues > General Billing or Utility Billing > Collection Processing>Payment Plan Processing>Payment Plans or General Revenues or Property Revenues > Payment Processing>Payment Plan Processing>Payment Plans

3. Search

4.  Enter information relating to fields you want to search by

5. Accept

6. Delete or Void
