Description of Issue

We need a report for the Census Bureau that shows employee's Personnel status, Gross pay, hours and Position/Job Class for the payroll where March 12th is within the payroll period.

Cause




Resolution
  1. Go to Payroll Detail History (Payroll>Employee History>Payroll Detail History)

  2. Click Search. Define the check date of the payroll where March 12th is within the payroll period. 

  3. Define any other applicable fields if needed (Location, Earnings etc.) 

  4. Click Accept. Click Excel

    1. The report can be exported to Excel to manipulate as needed.
