Description of Issue

Excel export from Request Search does not include City, Region, District and Zip Code

Resolution

Development is tracking this under T311-7985 and the fix will be released in a future ESR service pack

Workaround: Use Request Search to determine the City, Region, District and Zip Code on the Request
