Permissions for Command Center Tyler Hub pages

Description of Issue

I set up a user with this permission and she is unable to access the HR command center.

You do not have permission to access this application/page.

Context

  • Tyler Hub

  • Roles

Cause

Insufficient menu security.

Resolution

  1. The user's permissions will need to be updated in the program Roles

    • Menu > System Administration > Security > Roles

  2. Search and locate the user's role record.

  3. Menu Security.

  4. Select desired program.

    1. Example - If using Munis Workflow Administration Command Center, Workflow Central access will be needed.
