CM HTML web browser - Steps to delete a file attachment to upload a new file and save to the same record

Description of Issue

This documentation provides steps specific to deleting a file attachment in the HTML viewer when opened from EERP/Munis, then uploading or scanning and saving a new attachment 

It is assumed the user has effective rights to delete saved attachments

Context

Cause

An example of when this might be useful is if the wrong file was attached and saved to a record and you wish to save a new file attachment to the same record 

Resolution

When viewing any attachment record saved to CM when opened from EERP:

  1. Click on Remove Attachment from the command ribbon

  2. Click on

    1. Import attachment (CTRL + ALT + I)

      1. Drag and Drop a file, or click CHOOSE FILE
    2. Scan in attachment (CTRL + ALT + Z) from the command ribbon

  3. Click IMPORT
  4. Click Save document to CM (CTRL + ALT + S) from the command ribbon
  5. Click X to Close Viewer
