There are two ways the CM Full Client can be accessed.
From the Tyler Menu:
Navigate to System Administration > General Administration > TylerCM for Munis Settings
Launch the first Document Explorer URL link in a new tab
The CM Full Client launch screen will be presented and can be launched either using the Launch [Site Name] - TCM PROD (JLink) (WebStart)
WebStart requires Java to be installed on the given workstation, JLink does not
In newer CM Versions this landing page lists the Full Client links as 64 or 32 bit versions, use the bit-version in relation to the bit-version of your scan driver as applicable.
From the TCM HTML Viewer Panel:
From the CM HTML Viewer (when viewing any given document in CM through Munis), select the first part of the URL up to the word viewer
Paste this URL into a new tabÂ
See step 3 above
Please note: The Content Manger launch page periodically gets reworded or reorganized. Please ensure that the correct bit-version (32- or 64-) is selected that you intend to download and launch.
If the Full Client is not launching or if further assistance is needed beyond the steps provided, please contact TCM Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal
If encountering errors when launching the Full Client, try clearing empire cache as a first troubleshooting step: How to clear Java cache and empirecache
If you receive a Windows protected your PC prompt after running launcherstageone.exe, click More Info, then Run anyway
Once the installation is finished and the client has been launched, an environment specific desktop shortcut is generated for future launches of the application.
