Tabbing after changing an Activity Code on a work order produces an error in Work Order Management

Invalid Transaction Structure (wmmstmnt) An invalid structure for database transaction logging has been detected.

A BEGIN WORK instruction was executed within an open transaction.

A COMMIT WORK instruction was executed without an open transaction.

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

Workaround: Click Accept after changing activity code on the work order

Additional Information

If custom data is populated on the work order then the following error will also occur when changing activity codes:

Error: updateWorkOrderActivityCode
Removing custom data entries, prior to changing the activity codes, will bypass this error
