Resolution
SOC Codes are entered in a Crosswalk from the Disability and Unemployment Report ICESA screen. They can be mapped to a Munis Job Class using a Crosswalk Type of SOC JOB, or to a Munis Position Control code using a Crosswalk Type of SOC POS.
To create the applicable Crosswalk:Â
- Navigate to the Disability and Unemployment Report
- Select ICESA format from the Menu Ribbon
- Select State Reporting Codes from the Menu Ribbon
- Don't see the State Reporting Codes option? Select Define, Enter any Reporting Quarter/Year, select IN-Indiana from the Reporting State drop down and then select Accept.
- Select Define from the Menu Ribbon|
- Select a Crosswalk.
- Select SOC JOB to correlate your Munis Job Class codes to the IN SOC codes
- Select SOC POS to correlate your Munis Position Control codes to the IN SOC codes.Â
- After selecting the Crosswalk Type, the Munis Code column will automatically populate with all existing Munis values that can be mapped. This list will update each time the program is opened so any new Munis codes, that have been added since the last time the program has been accessed, will display. Â
- Select Update to enter the SOC value in the Crosswalk Code column that should be associated with each Munis Job or Position code displayed in the Munis Code column.
- Select Accept to save the values entered.Â
