Notes printing next to Earnings on Payroll Advices
Description of Issue
Some employee's pay stubs are showing notes next to the pay descriptions. For example, next to Overtime it says:
ERROR: unable to locate employee's position

Cause
Resolution
The Notes in Time Entry can be suppressed:
Go to Time Entry (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Time Entry Processing>Time Entry)
Click Preferences in the toolbar
Click Update. Click the Screen Preferences Tab.
Uncheck the Record Date Notes checkbox.
