Description of Issue

Roll Factor/Merge Projection program missing from Tyler Menu

Context

Roles

Cause

User has not been granted permission to access the Roll Factor/Merge Projection program 

Resolution

Follow the steps below to grant access to the Roll Factor/Merge Projection program. Please note that updating a role will adjust the permissions of all users assigned to that role.

Munis > System Administration > Security > Roles

  1. Open Roles
  2. Search  for the desired role
    1. Role must be active take effect
  3. Menu Security
  4. Financials > Forward > Budget Processing > Forward
  5. Edit 
  6. Check the box that correlates to Roll Factor/Merge Projection
  7. Accept

Once the user refreshes their Tyler Dashboard or Hub Page, they will have access to the Roll Factor Merge Projection program.
