ExecuTime - New pay codes not available to select when entering a timesheet for an employee

Description of Issue

Employees and supervisors are attempting to select our new pay code on the timesheet but it's not available in the drop-down.

Context
  • ExecuTime
  • Master File Management
Cause

Pay code was not enabled to Edit on Timesheet in the master file.

Resolution
  1. In ExecuTime, access Pay Codes: System Admin > Master File Management > Pay Codes
  2. Click Edit on the pay code you cannot select on the timesheet
  3. Enable the setting for Edit on Timesheet
  4. Click Save
