Update segment size in General Ledger Settings

• An account segment needs to be longer than it is for added detail.

• A Munis Employee password is required when clicking on Update in General Ledger Settings on the Segment Sizes tab.

• Site is Live and there are transactions on accounts with segment sizes as listed.

• General Ledger Settings

A password prompt generates to prevent changing segment sizes to protect the integrity of data.

If the site is Live, a length update to Segment Sizes can only be made by Professional Services, which involves a fee.  Please submit a request for a quote on Tyler Community.

1. Go to Tyler Community

2. Log into your account

3. Click Enterprise ERP in the top toolbar

4. Underneath the page title, click the Wikis tab

5. Click Product Information

6. Select Enterprise ERP Enhancement Request
