Description of Issue

Asset PM frequencies are set to Undf after selecting cancel in the Recurrence Pattern Maintenance screen when adding a new PM trigger

Context

Cause

Defect 

Resolution

Install MUN-464336 once it's been released

Workaround:

  1. Go to Assets (Enterprise ERP > Asset Maintenance > Assets > Assets) 

  2. Click Search and search for the asset

  3. Click the Prevent Maint icon 

  4. In the Preventive Maintenance Detail Maintenance screen select the record with pattern frequency of Undf

  5. Click Recurrence Pattern 

  6. Add a recurrence pattern frequency

  7. Click Accept
