Report for Workers comp including Employee Name-Job Class Code-Total wages for the previous year

Description of Issue

User is looking to pull a report for Workers Comp. Report should include Employee Name and Total wages for the previous year.

Cause


Resolution
  1. Go to Human Capital management>Payroll>Employee History>Accumulators Report. 

  2. Click Search.

  3. Enter Year and find criteria.

  4. Click Accept.

  5. Click Report Options.

  6. Click Define and select options.

  7. Click Accept.

  8. Click Excel to pull the report. 

Additional Information

Job Class Code cannot be pulled into Accumulators Report. That information can be exported to Excel from another program such as Employee Job/Salary or Payroll Detail History to be added to the exported Accumulators report.
