Employees linked to Beneficiary or Dependent record(s) where Relationship Code = S, and the Date of Birth does not match the other Beneficiary or Dependent records

The Date of Birth entered on the employee's Beneficiary or Dependent records needs to be corrected.

1. Go to Human Resources > Benefits Administration > Employee Deductions > search for records for this employee and where the Relationship code is S
2. Each record needs to have the same Date of Birth > click Update and correct any records as needed
3. Go to Human Resources > Benefits Administration > Employee Beneficiaries > search for records for this employee and where the Relationship code is S
4. Each record needs to have the same Date of Birth > click Update and correct any records as needed
