How to purge a retired capital asset?

1. In the Purge Retired Assets program, enter a cutoff date and click Accept
   1. The program purges all assets retired before the entered date if the assets have been retired for 2 or more years 
2. Select an output option to view, print, or save the report
3. Click Purge
4. In the confirmation message, click Yes to complete the purge
