Show long account fields to enter account instead of Org-Obj-Proj fields

A new user needs to enter the full account, but fields show for Org, Obj, Proj instead.

Other users can enter long account instead of Org, Obj, Proj.

Only some of the account segments show.

The setting for account entry method has not been updated for a specific user.

To display the long account field consistently for entering accounts, an administrator can update the Account entry method attribute in the User Attributes program:

System Administration> Security> User Attributes

1. In User Attributes, click Search and enter user criteria or use Browse to select a user.
2. Click on the Attributes tab.
3. Select the line that shows Account entry method (required) under the Attributes column.
4. Underneath the Attributes list, click Update. 
5. Change the O to L for long account.
6. Accept twice.
