How to filter Workflow Approvals Process Codes in Hub tile

• Would like to know how to limit to relevant Workflow Process Codes in Tyler Hub Approvals tile.

• Workflow Business Code XXX no longer showing up in Approvals tile. 

• Workflow notifications not displaying in HUB card

• System Administration

• Workflow Business Rules (wfbrlmnt)

Instructional

1. Click the Approvals tile on the Tyler Hub

2. Click the Settings button in the bottom-right of the pop-up window

3. Click into the Process Code Restriction dropdown field

4. Check/uncheck the desired Process Code(s) in the list

5. Click Save in the bottom-right

Ensure that the user's Workflow delivery preference in the User Attributes program is either set to All or Tyler Hub, as that can also lead to approvals no longer coming to the Hub tile.
