How to Remove Signature Key Dependency from Enterprise Forms Templates

Description of Issue

  • VOID is printing on the Form

  • Like to discontinue the use of the signature device

Context

  • ReadyForms

  • Enterprise ERP

Cause

  • Signature Key Stopped working and printing still needs to be done

  • Site not using a signature key at all

  • Secure Print Module is not available

Resolution

  1. Go to ReadyForms template configuration Page

  2. Using the side menu, navigate to the form type you wish to remove the void from

  3. Double-Click the template that will be edited

  4. Go to the Forms Design tab

  5. Click on the Use Secure Print Module option to turn it off

    1. If the switch is grey, it is off. If it is yellow, the secure print module will be required
